Leggs is run by the folks who used to run Sunset Strip, which lost it’s liquor license. Leggs is not topless. I think they are going through an initial probationary period. Like the old Sunset Strip, they charge $5.00 to take a girl into the ‘private room’. Be aware that they watch what goes on through a hidden camera. I’ve never had them stop anything, however. I usually go there in the day time. Parking is usually easy on Wilcox, just to the West of there. You can use the parking lot on the corner of Wilcox and Franklyn. Leggs doesn’t have enough regulars, so it can be pretty dead during the day, which is when I’m usually tom cating. BO is drop dead gorgeous, with a face of an angel and knows show to use those silicone mammarys on you. She almost never hustles. One night I had a lap dance from a Chinese girl who did things I can’t talk about, but and I don’t know if she’s still there. I’ve had a gorgeous but stoned black woman with big, natural boobs give great lap dances (don’t recall her name). But I’ve also had a dance from Celeste who wouldn’t touch. It was her first day and that’s what they told her. Her sister Amy is a real stunning, slender, ‘nice girl' type who gives a good stage dance, but I once touched her on her thigh and she almost jumped, so I figured she’s probably not too wild on the couch. The best thing to do is have them join you for a drink in one of the dark booths by the front wall. The management can’t see what’s going on there. If they act prudish there they probably won’t do much in the private room. You can save $5 and have a lap in the main room but the couches are comfortable. If the bartender isn’t Russian make sure they don’t overcharge. My buddy was overcharged one night, $8 per beer. Some of the dancers are beautiful but there are some real chunky ones too. There’s a Hispanic dancer who tends toward the latter category, who is supposed to really give a good lap dance. It'll takie time for them to build customers and dancers.
